Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What is the brightness standard for your 400mm signal light?
A: It uses 205 high-brightness LED beads with uniform light emission and strong penetration. Combined with a professional optical mask, it ensures clear visibility even 400 meters away, even in direct sunlight or heavy rain.
Q: Is the core circuit board purchased or made in-house?
A: It is entirely produced in-house using our own SMT automated line. Compared to outsourced assembly, we can more strictly control solder joint quality and component selection, reducing dead light rates from the source.
Q: Will it short-circuit in humid or rainy areas?
A: No. Our circuit boards are treated with a three-proof coating process for excellent moisture-proof, salt-fog-proof performance. The shell uses dual silicone rubber sealing rings, and the protection level has been tested to reach IP65.
Q: Will "false bright" phenomena occur under direct sunlight?
A: Our lights use an anti-mimic optical design combined with high-contrast inner linings that effectively absorb reflected light. Even in the midday sun, drivers can accurately distinguish the on/off status.
Q: What installation methods do you support? Are there any requirements for the bracket?
A: It uses a universal structure design that supports both horizontal and vertical installation, with a 180° adjustable angle. It is compatible with mainstream L-shaped and U-shaped signal light brackets on the market.
Q: Does your packaging ensure no damage during long-distance export shipping?
A: We use thick pearl cotton cushioning combined with high-strength five-layer corrugated cartons. For large-volume exports, we provide fumigation-free wooden pallets and fully enclosed shrink-wrap protection to ensure zero damage during sea or land transportation.
Q: If the grid voltage is unstable, will the lights flicker or get damaged?
A: No. The built-in wide voltage power supply (AC85-265V) maintains constant brightness even when there are significant voltage fluctuations, and it also has surge protection to safeguard the core circuit.
